You can make a difference.
You can bring joy and hope to the lives of New Hampshire’s most deserving children.
Volunteer with the High Hopes Foundation of New Hampshire and help us grant the wishes of children with life challenging conditions throughout the Granite State. All you need is a lot of love to offer and a little time to share. Your help will make an enormous difference bringing hope, adventure and happiness to children in need.
How much time?
You may volunteer as much or as little as you like. Even small time commitments are enormously helpful to our wish granting mission. You may choose to spend an hour or two a week helping out with office work, a few hours a week granting a wish, or a full day or more staffing one of our fundraising events.
What’s required?
Do you love children? Do you value compassion and kindness? Do you enjoy helping others? Do you like working with kids? If you answered yes to any of these questions, then you have what it takes to volunteer at High Hopes and make a difference.
Will I work directly with children?
We have opportunities to work directly with the children and their families, and opportunities to work behind the scenes, supporting our fundraising and wish fulfillment efforts without direct involvement with children.

We can't grant wishes without our Volunteers!
Volunteer Opportunities
There are many volunteer opportunities available in fundraising, wish fulfillment and administration. Here are just a few key positions:
Event Helper — offer hands-on assistance at one of our many fundraising events, including our upcoming 19th Annual Balloon Festival, Golf Tournament, Motor Cycle Poker Run, raffles, and more. Meet people, enjoy fun community-oriented events and help keep events running smoothly and safely.
Outside Fundraising — Use your creativity to contribute new fundraising ideas to keep High Hopes granting new wishes. Work with other organizations to coordinate fundraising events in your community.
Wish Manager — Work closely with children and their families during every phase of the wish granting process. Wish managers literally make wishes came true.
Wish Administrator — Work behind the scenes on paper work and other essential activities to support the wish fulfillment process.
Volunteer Coordinator — keep track of the volunteers and positions available at High Hopes, interview new recruits and match people to the tasks at hand.
Office Help — assist the office manager with bulk mailings and other necessary office work. Keep High Hopes running efficiently so we can keep granting children’s wishes.
Public Relations — reach out to the public, spreading the good word about High Hopes and our mission to help New Hampshire’s terminally and chronically ill children through wish fulfillment.
