Keith Ballingall, General Board Member

Since the beginning of the Affordable Care Act, Keith has worked to ensure New Hampshire’s residents have access to health insurance assistance. He created a practice that is counted on and trusted by hospitals and health centers throughout the state. He also built a federally funded health outreach organization to help New Hampshire’s most vulnerable residents. With two children in college, he and his wife enjoy traveling and quiet nights at home with their dog.

Bryan Marabella, General Board Member

Bryan has been a health insurance broker and partner at HealthApply since 2016.  Bryan attended the University of New Hampshire where he majored  in English Education but ultimately chose the path of entrepreneurship and has owned several businesses over his career.  Bryan also has a child with Type 1 Diabetes and is intimately familiar with the shortcomings of today's health insurance. This is what drives him to give back to those children less fortunate than his through his work with the foundation.  In his spare time he enjoys golfing and spending time with his wife and two daughters.

The High Hopes Foundation sent my daughter and our family on a trip that kickstarted her recovery and gave her back the life she so deserves. It gave her something to look forward to and plan, and her outlook on the future is a direct result of the positive message and gift from the HHF.
